This Privacy Policy explains how PadelWatch handles information when you use the app on iPhone and Apple Watch. The goal is to collect as little data as possible and keep all information protected.

Information used by the app
Workout and activity data
PadelWatch displays and calculates metrics such as workout duration, heart rate, calories and performance summaries. These calculations are performed on your device.
HealthKit
PadelWatch may read selected Health data via Apple HealthKit to improve calculations, such as age, height, weight and workout measurements. Health permissions can be managed at any time in Apple Health or iOS Settings.
iCloud / CloudKit
Some app data, such as settings and summaries, may be stored in your private iCloud database using Apple CloudKit to synchronize data between your devices. This data is associated with your Apple ID and handled by Apple’s iCloud services.
WatchConnectivity
PadelWatch uses Apple WatchConnectivity to transfer data between iPhone and Apple Watch, such as syncing settings and summaries. This communication happens directly between your devices.
What the app does not do
- No personal information is sold.
- Health data is not used for advertising.
- Health data is not shared with third parties for marketing.
Payments and subscriptions
If premium features are available, purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Full payment details are not accessible to PadelWatch. Apple may provide limited information, such as subscription status, to unlock premium features.
Diagnostics
Apple may provide diagnostic information, such as crash reports, to help improve app stability. If you contact support, only the information you provide is used to assist you.
Data retention
App data is stored on your device. Data stored in iCloud can be removed by deleting the app or disabling iCloud synchronization on the device.
Your choices
- Health permissions can be managed in Apple Health or iOS Settings.
- iCloud synchronization can be enabled or disabled in device settings.
- Support can be contacted at any time for questions or concerns.
Children’s privacy
PadelWatch is suitable for users aged 4 and older. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Health and activity data is processed on the device or within the user’s private iCloud account, under the control of the device owner.
If information related to a child is believed to have been shared, please contact support to address the situation.
Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest version.
